Culture—yes. It would be fantastic if all people were, but in real life, nobody is perfect.  I am not perfect. People create culture. Orleeka shares knowledge that has proven to work for companies that have achieved success. You would ultimately need to choose the path of continuous evolution over the comfort of staying the same. I always recommend continuous learning and development. You would need to be a different person to jump from one to ten million in annual revenue, from ten to one hundred, and so forth.  

A mistake means you tried and failed. It is not the end of the world unless you are a brain surgeon, of course. At Orleeka, I encourage people to learn from their mistakes and move forward stronger with more successful outcomes.

AI is still young, but definitely real. I am exploring its applications in the business strategy realm and encourage people to adopt these revolutionary innovations. With GenAI, we will enjoy more automation of mundane tasks and be able to focus on internal innovation, creating greater value for our customers. Undoubtedly, the reality requires people to upskill.
